Job Summary
A) Client Consultation and Design Solution
· Engage with clients to understand their design needs, preferences, and requirements, providing tailored design solutions that align with Woodex’s luxury standards.
· Create detailed design presentations, including mood boards, sketches, and 3D renderings to showcase proposed concepts to clients.
B) Sales Process Management
· Guide clients through the sales process from initial consultation to final purchase, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience.
· Collaborate with the factory team to ensure that custom designs are feasible, aligning with production capabilities and project timelines.
C) Product Knowledge and Presentation
· Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Woodex’s product lines, including materials, finishes, and customization options.
· Demonstrate and present products to clients in the showroom, highlighting key features and benefits.
D) Client Relationship Management
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly to ensure satisfaction.
· Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure their needs are met and to build long-term loyalty.
E) Market and Trend Awareness
· Stay updated on industry trends and design innovations to incorporate into client consultations and design proposals.
· Participate in showroom events and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.
